Property Renovations
From tired to transformed, one team accountable for the whole build.
Transform a Tired Property Into a Home You Love
Whether it’s a full strip-out and rebuild or a room-by-room refurbishment, a complete renovation touches every trade, structural work, electrics, plumbing, plastering and finishes, and needs to be sequenced so nothing is redone twice. We plan the whole project before the first wall comes down, then deliver it under one project manager from start to finish.
“We used Fix & Flip for a full house renovation. Communication was excellent throughout and the finish is exactly what we’d hoped for.”Rachel Patel, Full Renovation, St Albans
