First Fix
Cabling, containment and pipework installed before walls close, positioned to match the finishes going in afterwards.
Second Fix
Sockets, switches, taps, radiators and appliances connected and tested, once surfaces and fittings are in place.
Testing & Certification
Full system testing followed by electrical and Gas Safe certification, handed over with your project documentation.
